About this course
This workshop enbale buyers, in all industries, understand and then apply the basics as well as the advanced principles of Purchasing & Procurement dynamics. Purchasing deals more with the commercial aspect of the deal starting from the negotiation process, the selection of products, the determination of profits in light of the different of all conditional and unconditional discounts, ROI (return on investment), ROSI (return on space investment), GMROI (Gross Margin return on inventory investment) and ending with the scientfical evaluation of Suppliers’ performance.
Procurement deals more with the logistic part of the supply chain which ensures the most profitable ways of making the merchandise available in our warehouses.
