Elie Joseph Dibeh has a long and distinguished career in both academic, Business Consultancy & Training fields. He is operating in the Middle East, GCC & South Africa and Paris in Private and Public sectors. Elie is specialized in both, Technical / Operational and Soft Skills tailor-made training programs in the fields of Management, Marketing, Distribution, Retail, Negotiation, Operations, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain, Human Resources, Purchasing / procurement, Merchandise Management, Key Account & Customer Management, and other related topics.
Relying on his Operational and Academic backgrounds, Elie is experienced in building Training Academies, designing their catalogue courses and Managing their Administrations.
Elie has two BS in Marketing and Management from Lebanese American University of Beirut and an MBA / HEC with concentrations in Marketing & Management – joint degree from Paris and Saint Joseph University Beirut.
As Professor & Lecturer, for more than twenty-eight years, he shared his knowledge and expertise with graduate and undergraduate students at major universities: Lebanese American University (LAU), Notre Dame (NDU, Lebanon), Saint Joseph (USJ, Lebanon), Holy Spirit University Kaslik (USEK), AUST (Lebanon & UAE) and the Lebanese Banks Association (USJ / ABL).
Since 2003, Elie, under the brand of “Level UP”, has been delivering Consulting, Speeches & Training Services to Multinational, Regional and Local companies in the Middle East, GCC, South Africa and Europe. The dynamism, energy that Elie injects into his consulting / training sessions create the momentum and desire in participants to immediately put into practice what they have learned.
